- June 10th, 2013 - The staff of Berkley Manor wants to make sure that Residents are aware we will be power washing the buildings and breezeway areas on June 10th and 11th. Due to the amount and pressure of the water, we ask that you remove ALL of your items from the balcony and breezeways. We appreciate your patience during this beautification process. If you have any questions, please contact the leasing office at 724-778-4050.

- May 25th, 2013 - Our next Berkley Manor resident’s gathering will take place on Saturday, May 25th, please stay tuned to www.berkleymanor.net for the upcoming details! Also, the swimming pool will open on Memorial Day weekend!

- November 15th, 2012 - The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to thank our wonderful residents for the overwhelming support of the Western Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s Fall Food Drive. Because of your generosity, our local food banks will help others have a bountiful holiday season. Also, for those wishing to participate, the Toys for Tots donations will still be collected in our office until 12/11/2012.

- September 22nd, 2012 - Just because the pool is not open doesn’t mean the gatherings stop... Join us for our Appetizer Party on September 22nd, 2012 and cozy up by the fire pit with your favorite glass of wine to help kick off the crisp fall season. Hope to see you there!

- August 25th, 2012 - We would like to invite our residents for Pizza by the Pool, before you go back to School. Please join us next Saturday, the 25th at 1 pm for pizza and refreshments at the Berkley Manor Clubhouse and pool. Hope to see you there!

- August 2nd, 2012 - We would like to thank our residents for coming out and braving the rain for our resident pool party. We were happy to spend a Saturday with our residents enjoying great food, dancing and playing by the pool during our moments of sunshine. Also don’t forget.... the first day of school starts on August 28th!

- July 28th, 2012 - Please join the Staff of Berkley Manor for our Annual Pool Party on July 28th, 2012 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Smokey Bones will be catering and DJ Nameless is returning for his 4th year with his musical accompaniment. Don’t miss out on all the FUN.

- March 11th, 2012 - With Daylight Savings Time approaching on March 11th, 2012, we will start our new Office Hours. Starting the week of March 13th, we will be open later on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will be open from 9am to 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hours the rest of the week will not change.

- February 20th, 2012 - Clubhouse Renovation - Pardon our dust, we are excitedly anticipating the completion of our Clubhouse Renovation. Check your March newsletter for details regarding our upcoming "Open House" showing off our newly remodeled Clubhouse!!

- December 14th, 2011 - The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all of their residents to the North Park Deckhouse for our Winter Party. The party will be held December 14th, 2011 at 6pm. We look forward to seeing you all there.

- Trick or Treating will take place on October 31st from 6pm - 8pm. If you would like to participate by passing out treats please stop by the leasing office to pick up your Pumpkin Sign for your front door.

- In observance of the Labor Day holiday, the community office will be closed on Monday, September 5th, 2011. We will re-open on Tuesday at 9:00am. If you have a maintenance emergency please call the office and connect with the operator.

- Save the Date…The Berkley Manor Pool Party will be held on Saturday, July 16th, 2011. Please mark your calendar and check back for upcoming details.

- On June 9th, 2011 through June 14th, 2011, the Berkley Manor clubhouse will be undergoing a project to replace it's tiled entrance ways. During this project, there will be limited access to the poolside clubhouse entrance and Workout Room. Please be advised that the Pool bathrooms will be available at all times for your usage. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this clubhouse improvement project.

- The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all residents to join their fellow residents for our Annual Winter Party on Tuesday, December 7th, 2010. We will be holding it off-site at North Park Lounge at 6:00 p.m. You must RSVP to the Leasing Office prior to December 2nd, 2010.

- Every child should be able to enjoy the Holiday season. With that in mind, please join the Western Pennsylvania Apartment Association with their 2010 Stuff the Truck Toy Drive benefiting Toys for Tots. Please come out to the Clubhouse from November 3rd through November 10th, and Stuff the Truck!

- The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all the residents to the Summer Pool Party. Food will be catered by Giant Eagle and our entertainment will be provided by DJ Nameless.
